Hermosa marquesa grew up in an atmosphere of love and luxury. Her family tried to raise her in strict rules, but it did not come along with Monica’s freedom-loving mood. On any remarks from her father, trying to settle her down, she likes to answer: “This is my life, and I want to live it as bright as possible!”
As a child, not conceding in anything to her older brothers, she played running with them along the corridors of her beloved palace in Seville, elegantly decorated with paintings of great artists. She is excellent in art, she is an admirer of Goya’s paintings, and she finds Spanish folk creativity especially attractive.
Monica loves to dance Flamenco. Sometimes on Friday or Saturday evenings, she escapes from her palace and heads towards an ancient cafe on Calle Guna, where she dances in her own style until the morning, sometimes competing with eminent performers. She’s so good at dancing because she does everything with her soul. Monica lives the way she feels!
