VERSACE

I’ve been always attracted by this charming Medusa sign. Some kind of beauty and at the same time of mystery lays behind her story. As a child I was intrigued and read Greek myths about Medusa Gorgona. I remember I liked to watch Versace fashion shows on television, Gianni and Donatella Versace, and their super models made a big celebration of every show. They did it with happiness and joy. When I buy something from Versace I still have this association with 1990s glamour fashion world.

I like the combination of seduction and elegance which Versace possesses. I can wear a provocative cropped top with sweetheart decollete from Barocco collection and a fitted black mini skirt, or a latex bright mini dress from Resort collection and look graceful. Gianni Versace sure had a talent to make women desirable and sophisticated at the same time. I’m happy to see how his sister Donatella Versace continues their traditions and makes their brand to grow further.

This Fall/Winter 2021-2022 season Versace delights us with La Greca motif clothes mostly in red, brown and blue colors, which could be nicely combined with La Greca print tulle tights. We also like bright satin mini dresses in fuchsia and yellow! They will definitely brighten cool autumn days. Our favorites from the whole collection are metal mesh-effect gold mini dress, Medusa Renaissance print puffer jacket and La Medusa small handbag with changeable chain shoulder straps of different colors. It’s so much fun to vary the chains and have a new bag all the time!

In new men’s collection we see a lot of choices of shirts in Greca motif, t-shirts with new image of smiling Medusa, nice cozy looking  logo puffer vests and jackets. Among all the favorites from men’s collection we’d like to mention especially La Greca wool jacquard sweater in yellow and fuchsia with combination of black shiny vinyl trousers, logo puffer vest in blue, Greca Napa black leather jacket for cooler days.
